Here’s another great example of school-community communications from the folks at NSPRA.
With the growth of the Internet and popular web sites like MySpace.com and personal blogs, administrators and teachers at Rush-Henrietta (NY) Central School District Schools have been continually stressing to their students the dangers of inappropriate Internet use. In addition, the superintendent, Ken Graham, took the responsibility of increasing awareness one step farther. He became a public advocate for Internet safety via an op-ed column in the local newspaper.
