Here come the phone calls

Anticipate media calls today, advises the NSPRA. Newspaper editors are asked to contact “school district and school offices and the state education department for local information” about ACT’s newly released nationwide student test scores.
Although the average national composite score was 21.1, up from 20.9 in the past two years, a majority of test-takers still lack college-ready skills in math and science.
